12 Week weight-loss Bootcamp Are you ready to get healthy & feel strong? Get your bikini body ready with Fusion Fitness is starting our 4th round of weight loss bootcamp. So far we have helped 100 women change their bodies & improve over all health. Our bootcamps have helped 100 women loose over 1500 bs! What will be expected: · 12 week commitment · Weekly weigh-ins (individuals weight will be kept private, but pounds lost may be celebrated!) · 3 small group training sessions per week · Membership to Kansas City Sports Club fitness center (full access to cardio machines) · 3 personalized “take home” cardio workouts per week · Membership to Fusion Fitness (mandatory 3-4 classes per week, after week 4) · Diet advice, suggestions and calorie counting tools · ACCOUNTABILITY!!
