How does the Fusion online classes video platform work?
Fusion’s online video platform allows you to access Fusion’s unique workouts online- any time- for a limited period of time similar to watching a Pay Per View movie on your TV at home. These videos STREAM on your computer – they are not downloaded to play over and over. You can pay per Fusion workout and access the workout for 24 hours or pay for unlimited access by purchasing a monthly subscription. Our partners at CLEENG make it possible for you to access and securely pay for Fusion’s online videos anytime-anywhere!
How do I purchase an online workout?
Visit Fusion’s Online Video page, select the online workout of your choice and purchase option of your choice and follow the instructions to enter payment information through a Cleeng account.
What is a Cleeng account and is my credit card secure using CLEENG?
Cleeng allows our clients an easy and secure solution for purchasing online video. Using your Facebook, Google or Yahoo! account, it takes just a few seconds to create a Cleeng account and then buy online workouts using Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.
We’ve got you covered! We researched several companies to ensure the safety of your information. Your personal information is securly stored on the Cleeng servers. All actual transactions are done on the Cleeng servers using SSL encryption, and payment processing meets the highest PCI Compliance standards.
What do I need to access the online workouts?
Once you purchase the workout video, you will have instant access to the streaming video. The video plays automatically in your browser from the device you purchase it on. You will need a computer, tablet or smartphone to access the videos. You must have a proper broadband connection for the video to play. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection- please make sure it is a strong connection.
What if I pay for an online video and it will not start playing immediately?
There are many browser options out there and you may have to clear your browser’s cache or cookies to allow the video to play. The best way to do this is to go to your browser’s tool bar and look for the PREFERENCES option. In Preferences, you can manage the cookies and clear your cache. NOTE: when you clear your cache- it will delete any saved passwords you may have set up.
Can the workout videos be downloaded?
Fusion does not currently offer downloadable versions of our online workouts. Stay tuned for that capability!
How long do I have access to the online workouts?
You have unlimited access for 24 hours. For monthly subscriptions, you will have unlimited access to classes for 31 days.
How does the monthly subscription work?
From the day you sign up for the monthly subscription you will have unlimited access to all Fusion Fitness online workouts for a period of 31 days. The subscription is on-going and will renew automatically at the end of the term.
How do I manage my monthly subscription?
You can very easily manage, update or cancel your subscription in your Cleeng User Settings. More details here.
