We are always looking for new ways to challenge your workouts and keep your routines fresh – our workshops are a way to switch it up and do something different!
Each workshop is generally 90 to 120 minutes and is designed as an advanced workout. Two or more instructors team up to offer you the most energy and creativity – we promise to Shock Your Body!
Workshops are often set up as fundraising efforts for various causes and are priced separately from your regular membership. Keep your eye on our workshop schedule as we are continually adding more sessions!
